PU Foam Metering Machines
High pressure metering of PU foam with maximum process control, minimum cost
OMS high pressure metering machines offer the latest polyurethane dosing and mixing technology at an affordable price. High pressure metering machines are ideal for many applications, including continuous and discountinous panels, refrigerator doors and cabinets, hot water heaters, and automotive interior components.
The compact ECOPlus metering machines are simple, user friendly units that feature fixed displacement Rotary Power pumps and one or two L-style mix heads with limited options at a great price. Output and motor speed are automatically controlled by variable frequency drives based on the shot recipe.
The modular ECOMASTER metering machines are designed for higher production rates and feature Rexroth A2VK pumps, two-speed motors and many options.
Both machines are designed for minimum maintenance and maximum control of the most important foam processing variables: Flow, Pressure and Temperature.
Besides the two standard models, we offer custom-designed, special-purpose metering machines, including systems that satisfy the environmental and safety requirements of mixing and dispensing polyurethane foams made with alternate blowing agents, such as pentane.

Standard Features:
Tank Group
- 25 or 65 gallon jacketed tanks.
- Iso and Poly tank agitators.
- Heat exchangers with integral immersion heaters.
- Tank level control available as an option.
Pump Group
- Rexroth or Rotary Power high pressure metering pumps.
- Fixed displacement with variable motor speed control, handwheel flow control or both.
- Analog pressure gauges with high and low set points.
- Relief valve for over-pressure safety protection.
- Options include magnetic couplings, volumetric flow meters, and closed loop flow control.
Mix Head
- High-pressure straight or L-style mix head.
- Mounted on a rotating boom with Up/Down control.
- Control pendant mounted on the mix head
- Choice of orifices, needles, injectors to optimize performance (various styles and sizes available).
- 200,000 shot, 1 year warranty.
Controls
- Allen-Bradley processor
- User-friendly touch screen HMI
- 460 Volt, 3 phase, 60 hz power required

Pentane Capable Metering Machines
We offer a flexible, modular solution for making polyurethane foam with hydrocarbon blowing agents, such as pentane. Polyol-pentane pre-mixing units also are available.
