Transfer chemicals from drum to day tank or feed directly from drum to foam machine

Drum pumps avoid the problems associated with diaphragm pumps, which have limited output pressure and can lose prime, even during short shut-down periods.

Because of its high-pressure output, the drum pump can be used with a wide range of fluid viscosities as either a transfer pump or, in spray foam applications, as a feed pump.

We offer IPM drum pumps, which are ideal for polyurethane foam applications. The air-operated drive motor is fully separated from the immersed piston pump, preventing air-fluid contact and air and moisture contamination of the system.

Features:

• 2.5 to 5 gpm continuous output.
• 1:1 or 2:1 ratio.
• Maximum air inlet/fluid output pressures of 180/180 psi for 1:1 pumps and 180/360 psi for 2:1 pumps.
• Stainless steel (OP232C) or carbon steel (IP01, IP02) construction.
• Quick-release or threaded bung adapter with internal seal.
• Available in drum length for insertion directly into 55 gallon drums or "stubby" length for smaller pails or wall mounting.
