Heat Exchangers & Heater Elements

We offer replacement heat exchangers and immersion heater elements that are compatible with most foam processing systems.

• 2-m² shell and tube exchanger with pods for immersion heaters

Valves & Valve Assemblies

PPI can satisfy your valve needs, whether it is replacement of a single ball valve or a complete stream distributor assembly with diverter valve, solenoid valve, actuator, valve position indicator and lubricator.

We offer a wide range of replacement valves that are compatible with equipment from leading polyurethane machinery manufacturers, including diverter valves (also known as stream distributors, DN-16 and DN-25 valves), ball valves, butterfly valves, and pressure relief valves.

Valve Actuators

We supply double acting and spring return actuators to automate the operation of diverter, butterfly, plug or ball valves and dampers.

Solenoid valves and a variety of actuator types and sizes are available, in torque ranges from 25 in-lb to 58,000 in-lb, with 90 to 100-degree travel, and clockwise or counterclockwise adjustment for open and closed positions.

Filters

PPI offers high pressure filters and replacement elements to remove particles from the process chemicals before they reach the mix head and restrict flow through the orifices.

Flow Meters

We offer a wide range of flow meters that precisely measure the volumetric output of chemical metering pumps.

The fluid rotates the meter’s internal gears and a non-contact sensor sends a PNP or NPN pulse output that corresponds to a precise volume. The impulse can be transmitted to a PLC, integral LCD flow display or any other electronic readout.
